Amazon PPC Specialist & Marketplace Manager
Most Amazon accounts lose money in three places.
- Listings that get traffic but don’t convert.
- Ads running on the wrong search terms for weeks without anyone noticing.
- Inventory running out right when ranking starts to move.
For the last five years I’ve been fixing exactly those problems for EU FBA brands across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.

How I Work
01 — Organic First
Build CVR above 12% before touching ads.
PPC on a weak listing is simply paying for data you cannot act on. I fix the listing, establish conversion rate benchmarks, and only then introduce paid traffic — so every euro of ad spend has a foundation to perform against.
02 — Structure Over Volume
Match-type segmentation. SKU-level bidding. Negative keyword bridges.
Campaign architecture isn’t glamorous. But clean structure means you can isolate what’s working, kill what isn’t, and scale with precision. Bloated campaign setups compound losses. Tight structures compound gains.
03 — TACoS Not ACoS
ACoS measures ad efficiency. TACoS measures business growth.
ACoS is a lens on a single channel. TACoS tells you whether the whole account is growing. I optimise for the second — because organic rank and paid rank are not separate levers. They move together.

Organic Growth
Took a dormant EU Amazon account from its first EUR 18.90 sale to EUR 774,878 in annual revenue over 32 months. The account hit EUR 100,597 in a single month and generated EUR 338,707 in organic revenue before meaningful PPC was deployed.
The account started with a product that had potential but no traction. Before running a single ad, I rebuilt the listing: A+ content, keyword architecture across seven languages, image sequencing mapped to EU buyer psychology.
CVR hit 13.9% organically — almost double Amazon’s category average — before any paid traffic was introduced. That meant every ad euro spent had a listing that could actually convert it.
TACoS never exceeded 16.1% across 30 months. ACoS sat at 42.6% — high by standard benchmarks, but in context: the blended cost on organic-plus-paid was controlled. Business growth was the metric, not ad efficiency in isolation.
Managed the Pan-EU PPC expansion for SilverRack across five marketplaces. Delivered 46.6M impressions with a blended ACOS of 31.4% — while maintaining an 18.2% Top of Search CVR that outperformed category benchmarks.
SilverRack needed a structured Pan-EU PPC strategy that could scale across five marketplaces without campaign sprawl. The brief was clear: grow revenue, hold ACOS, and build organic rank while doing it.
I designed a match-type architecture that separated discovery from harvest — broad/phrase campaigns feeding search term data into exact match structures, with SKU-level budget isolation to prevent top performers from being diluted by weaker ASINs.
18.2% Top of Search CVR was the standout. That number reflects listing quality as much as targeting precision. You can’t achieve that conversion rate on bad creative.
A study in delayed PPC — the counterintuitive strategy that produced EUR 338,707 in organic revenue before a single ad was deployed. CVR was engineered first. PPC followed the organic signal.
The conventional Amazon playbook: launch, run PPC immediately, buy velocity. The problem with that approach is you’re paying to drive traffic to a listing that hasn’t proven it can convert.
For this launch, PPC was deliberately delayed until CVR reached 13.9%. EUR 1,870 in Vine reviews built the social proof layer. A+ content and search-term-dense copy built the discoverability layer.
By the time PPC launched, the listing already had velocity, conversion history, and keyword rank. Ads accelerated an already-moving flywheel instead of propping up a static one. The variation family expanded from 4 to 8 SKUs on the back of that organic momentum.

What Clients Say
“I worked with Aamir for nearly three years while he managed our Amazon EU account. He took it from essentially zero to over EUR 100,000 in a single month. He was fully autonomous. Reports came without asking, problems got flagged before they escalated, and the account ran cleanly across multiple EU markets. I would work with him again without hesitation.”
“I have worked with Aamir across two of my businesses for a few years. He is extremely dedicated, hardworking and always does his best for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him.”
